FISHING LAKE

The lake is simply stunning and a wonderful place to enjoy some fishing or just to relax alongside, watching the dragon flies skim the lake's surface.

Approximately one acre in size and four metres deep, the lake is for your private and exclusive use. It is suitable for pleasure anglers, families, youths, children and beginners. Chris will lend you some equipment if you have none and for any novices he will happily spend time to get you started. Beware of his stories of the one that got away, though!

We have bream, perch, tench and some great carp in the lake, We have some nice large carp,the biggest one caught so far being 11lbs, though due to some of the lines being broken we know we have  some larger ones ready to be caught! However, we are sure you will understand when we say that we only use barbless hooks and no keep nets at La Lune Lake.

Should the more competitive angler want a bigger challenge then there is plenty of scope nearby, including a 100 acre lake only 20 minutes away. Chris will be only too happy to advise you on other sites if required.
